The staff were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The outstanding breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including an abundance of fresh fruits and seeds. the location of the hotel was convenient and easily accessible, making it a great choice for exploring the surrounding area.
We encountered some issues during our stay. The spa area could have been better managed, as some saunas were not functioning properly and the steam was insufficient.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with stunning views of the mountains from our room on the sixth floor. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, speaking multiple languages fluently. The restaurant served delicious food, and we were particularly impressed with the mushroom cream soup and the house herb dressing. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of four and our furry friend. The hotel provided excellent amenities such as free Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed relaxing in the spa, which was included in the room price. the quality of service and the enhanced comfort provided by this hotel made our stay truly memorable.

The breakfast was outstanding with a lot of options to choose from, especially the fresh fruits and seeds. the staff were very nice and trilingual, always ready to help. the location of the hotel was perfect with easy access and good parking. We also enjoyed the spa and the restaurant with great food and amazing dressings.
The furniture in the hotel was very old and outdated, including the uncomfortable beds. the shower access in the bathroom could also be difficult for older people.
